Kickboxing is an all round combat sport developed from different martial arts styles – including Karate, Kung fu and Tae Kwon Do – which uses a variety of kicking and punching techniques in a fast, powerful and dynamic way.As well as being an exciting and skillful fighting style, kickboxing can also be practiced solely for self defence or for those wanting to improve their all round fitness levels. Participants do not have to ‘fight’ to take part in our classes, they can learn the techniques and practice them on focus mitts during our non contact sessions and feel the benefits of increased strength, stamina, flexibility, balance and coordination while having lots of fun!
