Taught by England Boxing level one coach and internationally recognised kickboxer black belt, Lisa Boardman, the ladies only boxing session will have you learning how to throw a punch correctly, how to evade punches plus teaching the correct footwork to enable you to emanate Muhammed Ali! 

This drop-in class based in Horley is not your average boxercise class. It will get you fitter and leaner, it will tone your arms, legs and core while teaching you how to punch properly, which is great self-defence.


It’s completely non-contact as well, so you will leave with a smile on your face, a confidence boost, a new set of training buddies and without any bruises!
